  1. Do you hack the PTC sites to get a user balance?

    Absolutely no, all our methods are legal and based on reading an HTML source.

  2. Which limitation has the trial version?

    The trial version is fully functional and limited only in time (2 weeks).

  3. How many PTC sites can I add to the program?

    The number is not limited, but it is advisable to remove sites which are not in use. Thus, you save memory and system resources, which enables you working more quickly.

  4. Can I install Bux Panel on more than one computer?

    No. For each computer you have to purchase additional license.

  5. I replaced my HD drive and cloned my old drive to the new one. Why Bux Panel needs activation?

    The software is linked to the HD ID. Please contact us for reactivation.

  6. Is using Bux Panel violates Terms of Services of PTC sites?

    No. Bux Panel doesn't apply auto-clicking, bots or "cheating". You may consider Bux Panel as an Internet browser which is designed to work with Paid To Click sites.

  7. How can I uninstall the Bux Panel?

    Do it the same way as for any Windows program. Go to Settings -> Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs. Find Bux Panel in the list of installed programs, select it and click the Remove button.

  8. Do you collect login info (user name, password) of my PTC accounts?

    Our site DOES NOT COLLECT ANY INFORMATION relating to users’ PTC bux accounts. In Bux Panel application the data for login into your PTC websites are saved on your local computer ONLY. Before to save, passwords are encrypted (this way your accounts info is much safer than in case you write it unencrypted to Notepad or Word doc). See Privacy Policy for more details.

  9. In one of my PTC sites the balance is not displayed correctly. Can you handle this problem?

    Bux Panel supports most the Paid-to-click sites, but not all of them. Please send us a request and we will try to resolve your issue.
